Diversity Certificate Declaration

Certificate declarations are processed differently than Major and Minor declarations. To ensure your request is processed properly, please submit your information on the digital form below, regardless of your Major.

We recommend all students who declare meet with an advisor to check on the progress and completion of the certificate requirements.

Certificate Declaration

The Diversity certificate can only be awarded along with the completion of a bachelor’s degree as a for-credit certificate. This certificate cannot be completed on its own as a standalone program.

By not doing so, I know I risk the chance of not receiving my certificate even if I have fulfilled the certificate requirements.
