The Sociology Department consistently offers courses during the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. When planning course offering each semester, we strive to offer students the greatest amount of choice, so they can choose courses and schedules that best accommodate their schedules, needs, and interests. Each semester we try to offer a mix of online, in-class, and hybrid course options, since different students prefer different course formats.
The Sociology Department is committed to providing high-quality, innovative courses and signature experiences to our undergraduate students. Many of our faculty have won prestigious teaching awards.
