GRADUATE CLASSES

The Sociology Department consistently offers graduate-level courses during the Fall and Spring semesters. We rarely offer graduate courses during the summer semester.

Graduate students from programs outside of Sociology are welcome to enroll in Sociology graduate courses. Our courses in theory, research methods, and statistics often have students from other disciplines. As well, our substantive seminars related to Medical Sociology, Population Studies, Political Economy, Development, Gender, Race, and Environment may be relevant to many other disciplines. Please consult the catalog descriptions and feel free to contact the listed instructor for a copy of the syllabus or to explore whether a Sociology graduate seminar may be right for you.
